Edward M. Stephen, MD is an Irish medical graduate, Board Certified in Psychiatry working in New York for 47 years. He has, in addition to the general practice of psychiatry, had a special interest in family and interpersonal conflict and resolution.
He founded the OnStep Institute for mental health research in 1992, pioneering in the investigation of competitiveness and consilience, the sciences of working together. (onstep.org)
